How to get in touch
The editorial team can be reached at hello@animedoll.ca. This is the contact channel for the site. We do not advertise a phone number or a contact form, and we do not have a customer checkout or an order-tracking desk.
When emailing, include the page address and the relevant product or claim in ordinary text. If your message concerns a correction, tell us what you believe is inaccurate and where the replacement information comes from. A public manufacturer document or official policy is especially helpful.
For more detail, see stores that ship to Canada.
What we can help with
We welcome reports of outdated prices, changed warehouse locations, discontinued models, incorrect materials, broken internal links and product photography that does not meet our adults-only policy. We also accept editorial feedback about whether a guide explains handling, cleaning or customs clearly enough for a Canadian reader.
Businesses may send factual corrections or appropriate partnership enquiries. A commercial approach does not secure a place in our lookbook or favourable review. We may decline products with inadequate evidence or unclear styling.
For more detail, see about animedoll.ca.
What belongs with the retailer instead
Orders, payments, shipping changes, returns, defective items, warranty requests and refunds belong with the store that sold the item. The Visit store action moves visitors to external merchants; animedoll.ca is not party to the purchase contract.
If you have an order issue, use the seller’s written support channel, save your invoice and record the relevant deadlines. We cannot access retailer accounts, locate parcels or reverse payments.

Response expectations and privacy
We aim to read editorial correspondence within a reasonable period, but we do not promise a fixed reply time or an individual response to every message. Please do not send payment card numbers, account credentials, sensitive identity documents or other information unrelated to your editorial question.
We use emails to address the message and may retain a minimal record of the correction or enquiry. If you want a past editorial email deleted, write to the same address with enough context for us to locate it. This website is for adults only, as stated in the footer of every page and on our adults-only policy page.
